Mr. Narendra Damodardas Modi is the present and 15th Indian prime minister. He has been serving our nation since 26th May 2014 as a Prime Minister Of India.
From the year 2001 to 2014, before taking over Delhi, he served the role of Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat. He is a Member of the Parliament (MP) who represents the city of Varanasi.
He is the leader of the popular Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In the 2014 general election, BJP, led by Narendra Modi, gained the majority in the Lok Sabha. This was the first such major win for a political party since 1984.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was born in a lower-middle-class family at Vadnagar, Gujarat. He had a keen interest in politics since the early days of his childhood.
After completing his higher education in his hometown, he decided to join Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. This is popularly known as RSS in our country.
During his earlier ages of life, he was headstrong and was not that keen on the concept of marriage. Since then, he has dedicated his entire life to his motherland.

Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said the student development policy under Prime Minister Narendra Modi was working well and is on par with international standards.
He asked the youth to invest in themselves and make their own decisions rather than depending on government schemes.
The Modi Government has been emphasizing transforming the education sector at a rapid pace, with a focus on primary, higher, and medical education.
He said: “The government is with you and ready to provide you with the best of facilities. Take your own decisions and invest in yourself.”
Modi said India’s young population, energy, and ideas can help the country achieve its goals in a faster, cheaper, and more sustainable manner. He said India has a young population of over 60 million people and it has a high youth penetration into the workforce.
He said despite India’s young population, its ratio of graduates to unemployed people was low as compared to some of the BRICS countries.
The Prime Minister also said the youth have to embrace new technology and science in the best possible manner and use it for the benefit of the country.
“India is the place for entrepreneurship and one who loves innovation and work. We are expecting to see you in your best form. Go for your work and don’t sit at home. Make India proud,” he said.
The Prime Minister told students that he has been stressing that they should take Indian values to the world.
“The world needs to know about our diversity. One’s who wants to see a stronger India should also know about India’s diversity.”
He said India has tried to inculcate in the youth a commitment to serve society, without worrying about their personal interests.
PM Modi said, that During exams having stress and problems is very common. It is important to add enthusiasm to our life. This will ensure success. If we work hard and fail, it doesn’t mean we won’t succeed.
A setback may mean the best is yet to come. He said that Motivation, de-motivation is very common. You can learn from it and can move forward.
PM Modi said this goes to show that despite any problems, stress, etc. positive thinking and perseverance will help you achieve your goals.
